Dont know if you ever seen a 9040, they have great mobility, and the CV 90120 has fantastic firepower, and looks great, tho it is missing its APS wich would increase survivability.

I always carry some hesh like 3-5 rounds of it because it has some very special use cases, one being if you disable a light vehicles engine or tracks with apfsds instead of exposing yourself to its atgm, auto Canon or full blown main gun you can take them out with hesh. Also have taken out some mbts that all I can see is the very smallest sliver of the top of their turret, put a hesh round into a cupola and sometimes over presser will take out the entire crew.

Use HESH over HEAT. Most HEAT rounds can't kill even a light tank or IFV if you just see their optics and stuff at the same height. But HESH can. I use HESH like I use 125 mm, but for usually lighter targets. Just never shoot the sides and so on. For example, you cant kill an Walleye that is in a good angled position with HEAT because the launcher is way above the vehicle. But HESH has that much explosive power, it just works well.

I got the whole swedish tree unlocked and have this researched already but with only 1 premium 9.0 and the strv105 it's not worth it. Edit: for now there are only a handful of good lineups with sweden and 9.0 isn't one of them

This tank sucks ass for the sole purpose that I ground out the Strv 121, and I JUST got the ability to purchase it, but the Strv 105 cockblocked me. So now I gotta grind this thing out to then buy it, and then the 121. >:(

@@CypherusMcClain My issue with the STRV 105 is that its a centurion at 9.0... thermals and dart are great but its really to slow to get into a position to use them. It also has zero survivability. I would've liked another 121 variant if Sweden had one.

They should have an exception, sort of like before the removed the Maus, if you have 1 XP into the next tank, you should be able to purchase it without requiring the newly added previous vehicle. This should then be repealed when the next major patch drops, as the "new vehicle" is no longer "new".

I don't think aviation should have any control after it says "suchnsuch destroyed" like how are you flying to plane with no engine? How are controlling an aircraft that no longer has the ability to maneuver with the lack of a source of power? Its annoying to get credited a kill as AA or any vehicle for that matter just to be killed by a pilot that is missing most of their craft.

yeah but at 9.0 you also get the 1a5 that has a laser rangefinder, thermals, dm33, and also on a way more mobile flanking hull, which considering speed is meta, 1a5 is amazing

@@harryzhao727 yea the only thing the strv is missing is speed. Gen 2 thermals DM63 and some armor against auto cannons surprised strv is isnt 9.3 while the A1A1should be closer to the T55s at least to the 8.0 one since they are very similar

Leo 2's irl only got gen 1 gunner thermals up untill the Leo 2 A7 or A7V i believe. Good gunner thermals wasn't really that important as it's the commander that will do most of the spotting and they all got better commander thermals.

@@daphydrake7899 True, I just found it funmy how they thought cramming gen 2 thermals into a old centurion platform was a good idea. There was even a testbed with a 120mm L/44 and some of the composites that is used on the 122 to test its effectiveness.

It would have been the most advanced Centurion ever, but it was old and Sweden did move over to Leo 2.. Sweden only made one prototype tho.. so still kind of a paper tiger.. as much of the game.. wt isn't really good

Sweden needs another 10.0 tank with a 120/105mm gun, they have a lot of 10.0 but they are all CV9040's except the Strv 121... also they need better 122 ammo 😉
