At least we now realized that Frieren is actually EXTREMELY powerful. Totally OP. I'm now excited how will they animate Frieren vs. Solitar together with Denken vs. Macht fights in the future, if they make S2 of this anime.

I was rewarding some earlier episodes... I just realised that the spell used on Fern that she doesn't even recognise as one, that's because it's a curse. That is, magic that's still beyond human comprehension.

@@TheBaldrickkit’s likely something beyond even greater demon comprehension. Several of the great demons have mentioned “trying to achieve” the “height of magic” in the manga and Frieren hasn’t used that spell again since this arc even when she fought soltair. This is likely something that only she knows that may even be slightly different or “elevated” than a curse . Something like actual reality manipulation via tapping into the actual mana of the universe itself. That would explain why she was able to analyze soltair main ability and use it against her in a matter of minutes.
