The batman beyond helmet from the batman arkham knight game looks dope. The good feature on that helmet is that you can either use the mouth shield or just 'unmasked' it showing the sculpt of the mouth which is really cool 🔥

That helmet is sick! Great easy tutorial. I just picked up a can of that Duplicolor 1K gloss clear coat. Its exciting and hopeful seeing such great results from it. Going to try it on a TVA armor set from Loki.

I love this and it's awesome to see. I've watched a bunch of your stuff but don't remember seeing anything on hinged style helmets, have you shown that before? I'd be interested in how to get the right cuts to hide hinges and stuff and if you would cut before printing or after it's done

You can actually use a cricket to cut out the hexagonal pattern then fuse it to your window tint onto various pieces of plastic and thats how you can mimic the design for future helmets

Batman Son Box Suit has a great helmet. As for cool DC helmets in general the helmet of fate, hawkman's helmet, Steel's helmet (later variations), Mr. Freeze (couple options there and different than a lot of other helmets). Other helmets to consider XO Manowar, rocketeer, Big Guy.

Wow that gloss is beautiful! As for the tinting film, I would guess its standard red film but then had the hex standard laser printed (on standard papers)then laminated with the film to adhere the toner to the film?

Try transparent red paint on the LED. Model toy stores will have it in a tiny jar so you have to brush it on. I changed the color of the bulbs in the dash of my car that way.

god this is sooo cool. the hex pattern in visor is awesome also some DC helmets off top of my heah are the bvs batman helmet. that's more raw metal and dirty. arkham knight and that version of red hood are really interesting. because it's like a screen some use neopixel have some lights flow through it. some dark knights metal helmets maybe I'm not sure. I feel DC has lots of more cowls which would have to be urethane like DCEU flash is in canon a helmet but in real life to fit it would need to flex. it's quite annoying.

For helmets, do you print supports on the inside? My slicer does add them, and I'm a bit nervous about printing a helmet without supports because the last thing I want is for the print to fail at the very end since part of the dome will be horizontal. I'm unsure if the curve of the helmet provides enough support or not because of its dome shape, or if it will need supports. Supports end up wasting so much filament for helmets if I'm trying to support he entire dome. I've watched your videos and use a Neptune 2, so I have to slice the model into parts to fit full helmets. I lean the face plate forward like you showed in another video and it works really well with minimal supports (usually just the chin and eyes). But the "dome" part is what I'm not sure about.

How about a Power Ranger helmet? You did make Rhino Ranger and Lord Drakkon, but there have been some pretty wicked looking helmets in the later seasons. Maybe something like the Red Samurai helmet, the Roboknight helmet from Megaforce, or the Gold Dino Fury helmet.

Put the red LEDs on the outside of the helmet where the tint meets the plastic of the helmet. Hide them in the seem and they should shine down onto the tint hopefully not blinding you
