@@catfish5272 imagine traditional springs being transformed into breathable memory foam….there are 3 distinct areas of different “springs” that support different areas of the body. Air flows freely between them, so there’s none of the temperature issues with regular memory foam.

What is your opinion of this topper after 12 months of use? I've heard they wear out fast and Dormeo does not stand behind their warranty. Based on the price I would hope that this topper would last more than just one season of camping especially since it's not used 365 days a year.

I think they’re a bit pricey. The cal king is the same price as a full mattress. I bought a mattress last year and it was cheaper then this topper. If they were a little better price it may be worth it but these are overpriced by a lot. A 2” topper should never put price a full complete mattress in my opinion. Unfortunately people aren’t that smart and will blow their money on anything they think looks good no matter if it’s worth it or not.

Sorry for the late reply, when we interviewed the company, they mentioned that it was their intention to eventually offer custom sizes. However, they did not give a timeline on implementing that.

Would be nice if one could order custom dimensions. 38" is too wide for our setup.

You can always contact the company about custom builds. They were planning to do this when we last spoke to them a few months back.

We were sent the topper by the company to do the review. Our thoughts on the topper though "written down" so we could articulate said thoughts on camera is our legitimate opinion of the topper. The company didn't tell us what to say, and actually encouraged us to give our honest opinion of the product. Honestly, we really like it, and I'm typing this while laying on it now. For us, it is more comfortable than any straight memory foam topper we have tried, and it seems to have better air flow. It also doesn't have as much of a sinking feeling you get from regular memory foam. (Though some may like that) My dislikes: The one we have isn't water resistant and we have cats that sometimes have hairballs, so we have to cover it with a water resistant fitted sheet. In my opinion the pillows could be thicker. (Personal preference) Anyway, that's still our opinion after sleeping on the topper for around 6 months. Feel free to ask away if you have any questions regarding our experience with the topper.

How is the "Cooling" with the topper? With extreme high body temp at night, I'm looking for a cooling topper or cooling pad. Anything that keeps me Cool while sleeping! Most nights I wake 3 or 4 times bc I'm burning up! LoL Thanks

Topper what a joke. 8 times cooler then memory foam. Let s see memory foam holds heat and doesn't release it so 8 time cooler of zero is zero. These toppers breath up until it's compressed then the breathability is reduced DRASTICALLY resultingbin yet ANOTHER hot nights sleep. Just another gimmick to trick you out if your money.
