I am new to having a motorhome. Everything was working but I noticed yesterday I went to turn my propane on outside and I could smell propane so I shut it off and the smell in a way I am wondering what I am going to need to replace do you have any clues? I’m not even sure where to take it to get it fixed. If I can’t do it your videos or at least the one I watched are very informational and I enjoy them.

I have a single hot water bypass valve in my rv. If I have the bypass on can water flow into hot water tank if check control is not working?

Now as a master mechanic I want to inform you of two things. 1. Using an extension decreases torque. So instead of setting your wrench to 150 it should be set a couple pound higher. 2. After you change a tire it is good to retorque after several miles of driving, but once it has been torque d properly and has sat for a while your real concern is going to how to break them loose because the tend to get kinda seized the longer they sit

Topper what a joke. 8 times cooler then memory foam. Let s see memory foam holds heat and doesn't release it so 8 time cooler of zero is zero. These toppers breath up until it's compressed then the breathability is reduced DRASTICALLY resultingbin yet ANOTHER hot nights sleep. Just another gimmick to trick you out if your money.

Nice video very detailed. My regulator is leaking from a small pinhole on the smaller round section of the unit. Don’t know the cause of why gas is leaking, but will need to change.

What is your opinion of this topper after 12 months of use? I've heard they wear out fast and Dormeo does not stand behind their warranty. Based on the price I would hope that this topper would last more than just one season of camping especially since it's not used 365 days a year.

If my AC unit (Dometic 13500 BTU) suggests a minimum generator size of 3500 W, do you think a 2200 W generator with a Softstart would do the trick? If I can't run other appliances simultaneously, I can live with that if it means a smaller generator.

How do you fix the 15amp that turns back on but won't turn off and when on it still doesn't work. I tried two heaters at once so a big no no.

You have moisture in the old regulator especially using the spray that contains water instead of alcohol or soap and water I have come across this many times and one way to check is take a hair dryer and heat up the regulators, do not use hot water or open flames i cannot stress that enough, if after heating with hair dryer the flames are normal and blue than moisture is in the regulator and can cause catastrophic failure, best way still is to replace the regulator its very hard to get all the moisture out unless you pretty much take it apart then you still have a chance of the rings and seals not seating properly, and if the flames are still week after heating with hair dryer than its failure in the regulator and still needs to be changed immediately, again best way to avoid is using gas leak detectors thats not a water soap mix they have many of them on the market that work great I always use a digital doctor and do a pressure check just in case with gauges.

I tell you, the companies that build these campers suck! For how expensive they are we shouldn't have to do all this shit. Also, I literally have ice build up in all the corners and the bottom 2 inches of the RV . The windows have all kinds of ice build up on them. Any tips? I heat it up every week and wipe the excess water so not to damage my wall and floor as bad. Its gonna destroy the camper by the end of winter. They really should have stiffer codes when building these. You really cant use a camper in the winter. You should be able to, but you can't. If you do you will destroy your camper.

OMG! I have tried to find someone to do this. One guy has stalled and never shows up over 3 months of promises. Will this setup work on a 1994 Fleetwood American Eagle with onboard propane tank? It's permanent and since it won't move, I need a way to run the stove and heater and not use the onboard tank since it can't be refilled. I've been using electric to cook and heat so if I can do this myself that would be great. Please help me here.
