i asked for the strengths, weaknesses and advice within my current relationship with my boyfriend. i got the 5 of wants for strengths, 8 of pentacles for weaknesses, and the hermit for advice. i feel like the cards are telling me that i need time alone. i have actually felt this way quite a bit lately, so that i have time to focus more on spirituality and do the things that i enjoy. i will consider spending a day alone at my own house, however i’m worried he will take it the wrong way.

Read the card in the position (upright or reversed) as it is laid down. Of course the overall meaning of the card starts with its upright meaning. For example, the Hermit reversed might be a call to get back out into the world after a time of retreat or seclusion...or seek the hermit wisdom from another...hope this helps.
