Ne-Yo originally wrote "Let's Just Be" for Miguel but during the time Miguel released the song, his career didn't really kick off so Ne-Yo took the song for himself and sang it. If you haven't heard Miguel singing it, it's way better than Ne-Yo's version in my opinion.
