Boston fans treated him like trash after 1 disappointing post season, and it made my stomach turn. Kyrie is EXCELLENT. And I'm glad he landed in a place like Dallas where the fans, his teammates, and even the local media over there all appreciate him simply being there. It really is a blessing. I'm gonna be honest... my dream finals this year is mavericks beating boston in the finals. Cause boston's gonna kill tatum if he disappoints. And he might want out. I'm so glad someone is highlighting these truths. Mavs are suddenly younger, more athletic and more versatile than we've ever seen in the Luka era, and gave up relatively little to accomplish it: - Kyrie was considered damaged goods - PJ and Gaff were hidden gems on terrible teams - DJJ was boiled down to a dunk contest guy You compared PJ and DJJ's versatility to Reggie Bullock but I'm comfortable going further and including some of our other past "3&D guys" like our beloved Dorian Finney-Smith. Any time either of those guys (or really anyone) put the ball on the floor, I expected a turnover. Not anymore. Love the age point too but it's not just their age - most of them are under contract for multiple years so Mavs should finally have some continuity with the same young core for the first time in what feels like decades. Great video. Keep grinding ✊

Luka embraced that head role and now both of them looks so happy and comfortable with their roles.. add in some young talents and man I'm just glad they are contenders.. I still don't expect them to win the chip.. I want them to since they're my second favorite team after the Bucks.. but if they keep this up I expect a chip from them soon..

For over 2 months we missed at least 2 mostly 3 starter/role player. And they also changed every other week. Means no consistency whatsover. Our starting lineup changed basically every other game. The thing is, some of the bad FO move from Dallas is due to old regime of Donnie Nelson 1. After Luka's rookie season Donnie feels like he should make a splash on that off season trading for an injured KP giving knicks a slew of their 1st, we all know how a returning from injury KP and a KP that thought he's the number 1 in dallas pan out to the org 2. Not extending brunson is a tale of 2 story, one he was abyssmal on those clippers playoff series making the FO not giving him that extension immediately and second he flourish and develop more on that 2022 season due to KP being traded making him the second option full time, he was going to NY after that season the writing is all on the wall specialty when his father got hired there 3. The new GM Nico Harrison's tenure so far has been spectacular so far, he was making moves with depleted asset since a lot of their picks are owed to NY A. He manage to cut the large KP contract into spencer and bertans which in turn are used to trade for Kyrie and get the pick swap to the thunder for DLive B. He got GWill, Seth Curry and Holmes at the offseason which he the traded for Gaffors and PJ
