Broncos have 12th overall, a 3rd, a 4th, 3 5ths, and 2 6ths with and 85 mil dead cap fromWilson and an almost empty roster. They aren't even in the same LEAGUE with the Vikings for that 3rd overall pick and they will need all those picks to try to pay 53 guys. It amazes me their GM still has a job.

It will be Maye and he will sit for all of 2024 and learn. That is why they signed Sam Darnold and gave him 10 mil. 2024 will be a year of development, experiment, and adjustments. 2025 will be the payoff!

That's my thought as well. I think all the JJ top 5 talk is a smoke screen. He'll be top 10, but not top 5. Vikings are set on Maye and I think they'll give up a haul to move to #3 and get him. I think Bo Nix is this year's slide candidate. Penix at the very bottom of round 1 or the top of round 2. Nix in the middle of round 2. We'll see in a couple of days.

I've been a Viking fan since 1970, before most of these people were ever born. I haven't seen any "hidden genius" yet, but plenty of OPEN STUPIDITY!!! The best TEAM we ever had was when our front 4 D lineman were: DOLEMAN, THOMAS, RANDLE, and MALLARD. That was a great bunch of athletes, none of this SISSY stuff that we have today!!!

That group was very good for sure. But, Page, Eller, Marshall, and I forgot the 4th guy. They stuffed the goal line on the 1 yard line more than I ever seen. I agree, the NFL isnt pure football any longer.

If McCarthy is taken at 3, Maye will slip past 6. There's mutual interest by the Patriots and Giants to draft McCarthy. This would also validate the report that the Vikings are wanting to preserve the 23 in a trade up. In that case, the Vikings will trade up to 7-10 and give their trade partner the 11, 108, and 129, or include players in the trade.
