When I was young all I did was ab workouts every day and night and my erections were full strength. As I got older I stayed active in the gym but I did less and less ab workouts and my erections suffered.

@Stryk3out same here. I did no less than 300 reps of core exercises everyday. Then I slacked off and started partying, drinking, smoking. And slowly it declined. I'm not in bad shape. I can still get the job done if I focus. But it would be nice to be as erect as I used to be that's all I want

At 50 plus, I stopped waking with erections 6yrs ago. I was about 30lbs overweight. I start lifting weights 5 months ago and walking for cardio. I dropped about 10lbs overall and added muscle. I started waking with daily erections a few weeks ago.

Weighted carries, farmers walks, unilateral excercises with weight on one side (lunges, bulgarian split squats), also calisthenics movements generally do a lot for the core, especially using gymnastics rings, you'll feel it especially on the obliques just from doing ring dips, push ups and rows.

I figured that out when I was a teenager. 2:39 plank with a kettle bell drag. While planking drag a kettle bell from your right side with your left arm and then switch.

Even at 62, I can stand up to almost 90 degrees. In terms of strength, right now I'm squatting over 180 lbs. for 20 reps. I'll reach 200 before long. My all-time max is 225 lbs for 20 reps.

81,000 subs and getting close to breaking 100k. Nice. I walk 5k steps a day. Vegan mostly whole plant diet 8 years. intermittent fasting for a year. Took BMI index down from 32 to 22. Stable at current weight. But yeah I have to figure out a way to do exercise consistently.

so that's why im always hard asf at 29, been working out since i was like 16. I dont particularly workout the abs tho, but i kind of hit the core with deadlifts, my favorite workout. I dont really workout the abs separately, like legraises, planks or sit ups. Just other workouts that somehow involves core activation like pushups, pullups, deadlift, squats. Hearing this makes me go wanna go back to ab rollouts since i stopped doing that 5-6 years ago

I knew it!!! For years I experienced incredible erections and I would train my abs 3-5 times a week! Like I would stay hard even after ejaculation, 3-5 ejaculations before it went down lol, train abs with weights but also workout the whole body too, but never neglect the abs ! Hold the 25 lb plate for your decline crunches, and do your suitcase deadlifts with 30-50lbs. Some people overload the suitcase, but there’s some risk to spinal compression injuries. You can cut hanging knee lifts and do leg raises with 7-9 second negatives. For a floor mix-up, do your spider planks, 5 sets of 90 second to 2 minute holds. These are the only exercises you need, your core will be torn to pieces and your erections will turn to medical emergencies. If your sexual confidence is low, work on these. If you’re intent to really put in work to train yourself, then also improve your back and shoulders (lats and rear delts are active in every missionary position), get your leg strength up and improve your hip flexibility (quads and calves will support your stroke, the flexibility to open your hips as well as tightly control pressure or speed), and train enough cardio to understand your gait, your pace, and how your body reacts under longer term, lighter load. Unlike other muscle activations in romance, it’s not always clear what kind of stress our hearts are enduring. By improving your stamina, while also mixing in these techniques for your training, you’ll be in really good shape.

So it looks like Women viewing Abs as a Man's Sexiest Body Part is actually a visual clue to our Sexual Health, Fertility, Test Levels, and Sexual Prowess. hanging knee raises. making sure to really brace & squeeze those core muscles. extending and contracting as a unit. try it out :) Add some kegel work once your form feels solid for even more squeeze and strength.

Just have a strong core, the visibility of your abs doesnt matter unless youre above 20% body fat

I think there are exercises that that work the pelvic floor and can't replace the kegel while providing other benefits. The sumu and goblet squat for example. There are a whole family bridge exercises I think that can replace the kegel which is too subtle I think for some men.
