Guys, Neanderthals existed for over 300,000 years. All widely scattered species contain races. Neanderthals had races. More than one of these Neanderthal races interbred with sapiens, giving us most of the external variation we see in European and White races today.

There's a lot of variation within populations, but clearly an Englishman and a Pakistani are part of a grouping that doesn't include Sub-Saharan Africans or East Asians. Along the same lines, Native Americans and East Asians are clearly part of their own group. Along the geographic boundaries of these "races," there's mixing, which is why you have half Caucasian and half Asian people in places like some of the former Soviet republics. People who say otherwise are motivated by ideology.
