@@KerwinRaeSydney I have fallen out of my practice of Vipassana with Delta Binural Beats (Lifeflow). Added the Apollo Neuro to the arsenal. Went down to 3-4 breaths pr minute and I spiked my HRV by over 120% from my average. Had no clue about the REM portion about it. Will be game changing for my gut issues, as I can't get REM sleep because of it. Thanks for this Kerwin. This video came at the perfect time.

I had written ‘focus’ on my hand today to remind me to do so as I have a bit of a butterfly mind ! Thank you 🙏 I now feel more excited to keep going on this meditation journey! 🧘♀️

Meditation literally saved my life! In 1989 I was 18 years old and very unhappy, lots of trauma. I prayed to find a way for my head to stop thinking. I stumbled upon a meditation class. I didn’t know what this was but I was willing to try almost anything. Meditation turned out to be my safe place, my sanctuary, at the time, and so much more since then. Thank you for this video and your commitment to infuse meditation into the business/entrepreneur space. Wonderful 🙏🏻💙

Recently did the 10 day Vipassana meditation and highly recommend it (unbelievable experience) will check out Vedic meditation. Some really good meditations and content on Sam Harris waking up app as a path to get started. Thanks Kerwin

20 mins of meditation is equal to 3 or 4 hours REM sleep nice to know I have a presentation coming up next week and I am doing it on meditation your videos are going to help me so much, I live in NZ and are there any resources you would recommend that I check out so I can add it to my slides?
