I was shocked to know that minimal pension in Montenegro is 450€! While in Russia maybe only some high-ranking officers or maybe even generals would get such a pension. (The army people get two pensions - civilian and army one). Yes, some things like gasoline is more expensive in Montenegro but everything else is about the same price. So I was really shocked to hear such a number! And the negative thing I got to know you’ll hear in the video.

Yes, but life in the Balkans is 2x - 3x more expensive than in Russia, so it comes to the same thing.

My dad in Serbia was in military and he wasnt that high ranking, his pension is 600€ i think, maybe a little bit more, but i think Russia should increase these pensions. Ive seen videos from channels like Vasya in the hay and he showed some old people who say they get something crazy low, like 12000 rubles or something... Sad...

I wouldn’t say it’s 2-3 times more expensive though. I didn’t feel the big difference. Maybe just a bit more expensive in the Balkans.

Frog. Yeah. And Russia has all the resources! And pensions are still crazy small for most people. (Even before the war) there are such small pensions like 12000 rubles or so. But usually it’s maybe around 20-22 k. Depends of the work you did and region. In some regions of the North could be more but also everything is more expensive. Anyway much smaller than Balkans. (Even if in Serbia thing are more expensive - still it’s not like 3 times difference).

@@CrazyRussianSergey Some things are 2 or 3 X more expensive here than in Russia, but most things are just a little bit more expensive... Its crazy now here, for an example 1l Monini olive oil is 25€, while in Italy is 8€ if i remember. Beans in a can are here 1,2 - 1,5€ and in Italy its 0,39 €. I know this because i went there, but i also watched a lot of videos of Russian supermarkets and your vegetables and fruits are cheaper than in Serbia, everything is cheaper, even western brands.

Bravo Sergey! Impressive progress. You are speaking "our tongue" now in just a few months spent in Serbia/Bosnia/Montenegro. I can see you finally got out of the cramps and relaxed when it comes to conversation with locals. And by the number of videos it is clear that you enjoyed in Montenegro.

I don't get the safety concerns about the window above the door... If somebody is willing to break that glass to climb into your apartment, what is really stopping them from just breaking down the entire door...

Glass above entrance is necessary since all light bulbs in common areas (corridors and staircases) would disappear, so place would resemble inside of a pyramid.

Interesting detail, we also have the word catastrophe here, but we use it just for things like earthquakes, floods, wildfires, famin, etc... We have several pensions, from 200 to 1000 or more, but everything is more expensive here. I really enjoyed the Balkanic tour!

Yeah. We also use this word for such events! But here like explaining a big problems hehe

its good that you gave the dog something to eat but carbs are terrible for them physically. He ate the pancake cause it was cooked using butter or some sort of animal fat he smelled. They tend to not eat carbs at all as they are protein based for nutrition.

It really is amazing how you've picked up the language so fast. I guess the stereotype of Slavic languages being somewhat mutually intelligible is true

Amazing and sweet; this babooshka, she was nice to pull off the bicycles clinging to your backpack on the stair. You might still be stuck there without assistance from your babka ;)

We generaly support Russian people, not always politics of Russia, but people yes. I don't understand other Slavic countries that hate Russia because of Bolsheviks but that time Russia was under worst terror, neither Stalin nor Lenin were of Slavic origin, same with Zeleni today but questionable is also current russian leader. Anyway, our freedom always comes with Russia support throughout history, hopefully to these days too.
