I’m a sophomore in high school right now, and I’m the first of my siblings to go through high school. I tried dating freshman year and got into a relationship faster than I wanted to, and with a horrible guy. It took me forever to realize that my best friend at the time was also toxic. She abandoned me at homecoming for a boy, and then began dating the ex I mentioned earlier behind my back. However, I now have a group of friends that respect me and I can see myself having as friends in the future. My best friend now is dating a guy, but she doesn’t ignore me because of it. Frankly, her boyfriend is a really good friend of mine too. What I’m trying to say is, if you are in high school and you feel stuck in a relationship or are in a rough situation with friends, I promise you it will get better 🤗

The reason your in highschool is because of your future job or the way your gonna make money because obviously your gonna have to start making money when your a adult .The most important thing is to figure out what job you want to do after highschool as soon as possible way before graduating high school once you've figured out what job you want to do after high school then just tell the school counselor or a school aid and tell them what job you want after high school then after you tell them they can help you and guide you to get that job that you want or carreer degree or whatever .Once you've figured that out just do what you gotta do that is required for you to have that job unless your gonna make money another way.

as a senior this school year i agree with what ava is saying. please, please start a good habit of doing your work and being organized. not realizing that i was slacking the last three years makes me really want to go back in time and do it over again. as for boys they are not all that, if you find someone good for you but please don’t make boys the center of your attention. ahhh ap classes, i wish i have never taken them honestly. people make it seem like you’re so smart if you join an ap class but honestly it’s not. again if you like to challenge yourself go for it, but she’s completely right about the whole ap test thing. if you don’t pass the test all the hard work that you have done will be for nothing. drama in general, she’s right try not to start any drama or be involved in any drama. i know that in the end it’ll just be pointless but it does come back around to you. and yes some friendships do drift apart, and it’s sad to see but at the same time what can you do? we all have different interests in life and we really can’t do anything about it. yesss do join a club or sport, if you are interested in something don’t be afraid on what other people might think just do whatever you’re interested in! but all in all enjoy high school while it lasts because once you graduate you will look back at all the memories, and see the accomplishments that you have done! :)

Honestly in high school, it’s best to just be yourself and not care what anyone thinks. That’s when you’ll be having the most fun. My friends and I at homecoming are always going so hard and we are probably loud and dancing hard and stuff but it doesn’t matter 😂 At one point there was just a circle around us, just people watching us have fun and probably saying we’re weird. It doesn’t matter because we always have so much fun together and if people think we’re weird then so be it.
