You should use the Auto Union Type C from the 1930s as to test the V16, since that car too uses that engine configuration.

uhm i may hold the record for the highest horsepower quad turbo v16 in UE4_27 it produces over 12500 hp and i havent seen anyone with a v16 producing that much power in the newest version of automation
