I bought a new 2015 macan turbo, it now has 112,000 miles, it has had some issues (coolant and steering column), but over 8 years, it is nothing that is concerning. At this point the suspension is starting to show age. The fact that it is a Turbo is what has saved the engine, not some VM/ Audi engine with cheap parts, but a unique Porsche engine with much more robust internals.

One more thing I want to add. By purchasing the car at 23k miles after a month the break wear lamp came on, porsche want $3,577.90 for a full brake job, I DIDN'T DO THAT!!! I went online and bought drille, slots rotors and ceramic pads all around $390.90 that cost and my and my brother in law did it, it rides beautiful looks Kool, no dust, and will last longer. A way much better brake job than the dealer for $3100 less!!!

I have a 2020 Macan S. It is a fantastic car to Daily. I do all of my own maitenance because I am very picky about my ride. The Porsche dealer is over 2 hours from my house. Growing up on a farm i am very handy with tools and have large collection of them. My Macan has performed without a problem. It has CPO warranty till 12/2/26.

I just bought a 2020 porsche macan base 2.0 , bought it with 23k miles and I put 10k miles in 3 months because I drove 86 miles per day 5 days per week for work. My first service was due at 10k miles after I had the vehicle and porsche wanted $437.00 for an oil change, I didn't do that, I went to KZbin and see how it's done witch was pretty easy and did it my self!! Went to NAPA bought the right oil, filter and drain plug and did it. Now I just left with a warning sign that say service now every time I turn on the car. I plan to do the oil change every 5k miles because I drive so much, but yeah I get the same question all the time from everyone when they fine out how much I drive and your absolutely RIGHT!!! even tho it's the base model out of every car I own in The pass this car is the best car to drive as a daily!!! I love it so much, it's handle so well and I even did some mods and cosmetic work to it like carbon fiber assesories and a borla exhaust. I have a good full warranty that I bought when I purchased the car up to 70k miles, so far its great 👍

Porsche dealership ALWAYS charges outrageous services fee. They want 550 for oil change, 2,600 bucks for replacing front and rear brake pads ! I did oil change myself for 100 bucks and, independent brakes service specialized on Porsche for 475 !!! I live in California and owned Macan Turbo S and Porsche 911. Buying your own tools and do it yourself guys, don't feed greedy Porsche Dealership Service Dept. What a shame !!!

I drive an 18 Macan s everyday. I love the car. It has 65,000 right now. Service is a little pricey. If you pull up tire pressure menu and click into it it will tell recommend pressure. If I remember correctly it’s set at 36 for the front and 38 for the back. It’s going to tell you when it get way below that.

Over half of that, $1,466.90, was labor. That’s rough and I’m sure it didn’t take the techs slight over 9hrs of labor to perform all those services assuming an hourly rate of $160. Love the car, though. Cross-shopped it with a Giulia when I was considering an SUV in 2020. Went with the sedan because I prefer sitting lower to the ground.

Change your tire size in the menu and then back to actual

So I’m also concern! I got a 2019 Porsche Mac an, drives great and only 91k mileage, I’m really worrying as I want to ship it to the Caribbean! What should I really look out for? Or is it that once I change whatever parts when service is needed, would it still perform as fairly new? Big up
@StackWithMe7 ай бұрын
Big up! I don't think you will have any problems in Jamaica. Respect.

Well I wouldn’t say 3000 for a service. There were many things that weren’t routine that he fixed. Porsche are expensive to maintain though.

Seems reasonable to me, but I trade mine in way before the warranty expires

I usually do too. But things happened in life and we didn't get to it in time. Did you see my newest macan video ? If not check it out!

I have now 40k miles on My 2020 porsche macan, i actually use it to drive uber, its paying for its self. I do my own oil change i use liquid molly synthetic and i do not go 10k miles as recommended by porsche, i do it at 5k, do my own brakes so my service been cheap. I have a extended warranty up 70k miles and plan to get another warranty come closer. So far its been good to me and i love this car. I get the best comments from all my uber riders when i pick them up in a porsche.
