He almost never interacts with anyone else, and any interactions he does have are extremely limited, it easy to imagine Randy doing a Tyler Durdon. the hype was because he was such a pointless and stupid character that they implemented, that everyone actually loved him. trey and matt were hoping that towlie would only be there for his premier episode, but then everyone literally loved him, and now they've got an entire section in their shop dedicated to nothing but towlie merch. it was kind of like the opposite of pip. they implemented pip as the first version of what would be butters, hoping people would enjoy having someone else that the kids could rip on, however, they realized he was literally just a punching bag with o substance other than the fact that he was british. then, his very own episode, modeled after dickens' great expectations came out, and it was almost set and stone that they wanted pip dead or gone for good. in south park: the stick of truth, there was a removed throwable item that was pip's skull. if you remember, in episode 200 or 201, pip literally gets crushed by mechs streisand. everyone was raving about it. i remember my mom saying that before that episode was pulled off the air, when she watched it, she screamed like someone during an NFL match, because pip was just unbearable.
