Thank you so much my man, the Highwomen are the female equivalent of the Highwaymen , Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson and Willie Nelson, all these women are individual stars that came together to form a country super group! The Highwomen are female country singers, I found them when I was searching for Maren Morris songs in 2019. They have released an album "Redesigning Women" which is the name of one of the songs on that album. Not really into country but these ladies can sing. Great reactions keep them coming.

The name of their album is actually "The Highwomen" which is also a song on the album which pays homage to the original Highwaymen. "Redesigning Women" was the first single released off the album. The group consists of from left to right Amanda Shires, Maren Morris, Brandi Carlile and Natalie Hemby. That is Jason Isbell in the sunglasses playing guitar behind Amanda who is his wife.

There is a myriad of great talent in this group Brandi Carlile & the twins, that's a rabbit hole you'll love. Amanda Shires on fiddle. (her husband is in the sunglasses, Jason Isbell... a star on his own) Grammy Winner, Maren Morris & Natalie Hemby. This group is amazing with A+ backup.

The engineering and sound quality of all groups playing in that studio is amazing. Daryl's House has great sound too. I would love to hear you anallize his recording setup. Try Cee-lo doing "I can go for that" at Daryl's house. They get real funky

She does an amazing performance of that song on Howard Stern's show also since he mentioned possibly doing a series of Stern performances in his studio. She also does a performance of her Grammy winning song "The Joke" on his show along with a cover of Crosby, Stills & Nash's "Helplessly Hoping".

Late to this reaction. React to Brandi Carlile. Stunningly great. Try The Story, The Joke, or Right On Time. The wonam on the fiddle is Amanda Shires. A fine writer and performer as well. The guy on acoustic behind Amanda is Jason Isbell and married to Shires. His writing is also standout. For an intro to his music, react to If We Were Vampires…simply an amazing love song as unique as the title.
