Why is Heidi's delusional ass saying that she wished she stood up for herself? Lauren confronted her about the sextape rumor that she and Spencer later on admitted to doing. I remember watching this when I was a kid and Lauren had every right to cut her off.

I firmly believe that Heidi started the sex tape rumor and Spencer ran with it. A few seasons after the bust up when Jason reached out to Lauren to make amends and Speidi saw them. Speidi made cracks about what they were doing together and if they were making a new sex tape. Also in one of his rants after The Hills had fired them, Spencer claimed to have see the tape and made reference to a part of Lauren's anatomy as proof of it. Perez Hilton interviewed Jason about it and he said it only existed in Spencer's mind. Perez questioned him a bit more and Jason said there was never a sex tape and the disgusting rumor Spencer spread was compete bull anyway. He also pointed out that Spencer was so broke if it had existed Spencer would have got his hands on it and sold it. So the claims of innocence are bs and the reason Heidi could never defend or stand up to Lauren that night was because Heidi was lying through her teeth

HOW CAN MTV BE OK WITH THIS.. so i get it i feel sorry Heidi had to sit in Bolthouse for hours and play soliter and pretend to work the early days where very real for Heidi the first 2 seasons with mild scripters on season 2 for her, her job was real nightclubs partys licking them envelopes however no matter how hard MTV tried Heidi's true colors shined through each and every time because deep down shes the sweetest person anyone will meet or watch on a reality tv show, No wonder Heidi cried and could not stop on the famous boat episode *My favouote memories are my memories with you* YEAH THEY WHERE it was real and un scripted and Spencer took it away from you If there was no Spencer?
