The right to internet is part of fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression and this has been validated by supreme court through several judgements with the latest ruling on the complete shutdown of internet in Jammu and Kashmir which has also directed the centre to apply the principle of proportionality for the intended objective. The centre government has stated that it resorted to complete shutdown of mobile internet in Jammu and Kashmir on security reasons and on the apprehension of law and order problems. Although, 2G network is restored in the intervening period, this action of the centre government has invited criticism from different sectors across the country and abroad and also brought the matter in the door of supreme court. This action of government violates the following with emphasis in Jammu and Kashmir:- 1. Internet is an important avenue for the students. With closure of schools and colleges due to covid-19 pandemic, online class is being initiated for the students.However, the students of Jammu and Kashmir are not being able to access the online materials or class with only 2G speed network. 2. Safety measures to fight the covid-19 crisis are issued through social media, Mobile phones and video conferencing. The people of Jammu and Kashmir won't be able to access such guidelines/ measures that is much needed to fight against this virus. 3. Internet as a medium of information dissemination is very much part of the fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression as such, this right has been violated. Every citizen can approach the court for restoration but the nationwide lockdown stiffles the right to move the court. Remedies: 1. Banning of internet should be in proportion to the objective it intends to achieve. 2. Banning of internet alone is not a solution and the longer it bans, the more problems will arise from within and without the country leave alone from Human rights organisations and from Pakistan. There is need of more comprehensive and integrated approach to tackle the security problems in Jammu and Kashmir. 3. The media maybe allowed to operate to reach out to the people particularly during this time of Corona virus crisis. 4 Alternative arrangements for students is required so that their learning won't be affected 5. The people should extend all possible helps and cooperation to government agencies in achieving peace in the valley. Internet shutdown is due to apprehended law and order/ security problems.

India and China border disputes since long back till date there was a increasing border tensions between two nation's Recent dokalam issue to skkim clash between two Indian and Chinese soldiers ,are escalate a war tension between two countries Indian government recently imposed FDI restrictions on China as counter part to it these indirect reaction of China playing mild game Measures to be taken: 1) Indian government need to look all these issues and educate the border villagers about the challenges and provide them adequate security to them 2) Indian army should be modernized because conflict rises there should be a strong troops must be reached more faster than Chinese army 3)As recent dokalam issue was settled with the involvement of both prime ministers in order to de-escalate the tensions there should be a special body between both the countries to resolve the tensions whenever a conflict takes place 4) comparing the other negibhouring countries of India the threat with the Chinese army to country as very low China is largest supplier for India especially to manufacturing units there should a bilateral talks should be held both nation's leaders Way forward: India and China are emerging as a global powers there was a much competition between nation's India should become self reliant in all major sectors and there should a special body to solve the border disputes peacefully like informal summits such as Shanghai and mamllapuram

Short form can be written but in the first instance you need to give the full form and in the bracket u may write the short form and then onwards can continue with the short form

As we know that artical 32 is constitutional remedies in case of vailation of our fundamental right .so person can directly approach to supreme court .then here again artical 226 give same power by hight court . Sir can u clearfy then if our FR were violated then we directly approach to sc as SC is protectors .and soul of this .so why artical 226 also used in some case

It is because of overburden of judiciary.People are not supposed to go to sc for every case .....SC has huge no of case pending ..That is why hc can look into small matters to minimise the burden of Sc

As per my understanding AAI is a PSU and not a statutory body. There is a difference between PSU & Statutory body. So either confirm or correct if it is wrong (practice questions)

As I know AAI is a PSU which is a Statutory body. *Statutory body means a non-constitutional body which is set up by a parliament/law. Correct me if I'm wrong
