The biggest hurdle for me doing this is that I reach respiratory failure a lot earlier than muscular failure in the quads and glutes (though lower back gets a good hit). I`m sure a bit of patience will pay off but it`s a little disheartening coming into this after doing a lot of low rep heavy sets.

I received the Super Squats book last night and finished reading it today. If squats are so hard, why does the program also include seated press behind the neck 3x10, bench press 3x10, bent over row 2x15, standing curls 2x10, rader chest pulls 2x20, stiff leg deadlifts 1x15, calf raises 3x20, and crunches 1 set of 25 reps? It also lists squats 5th exercise on the list. Shouldn't it be done 1st since it's the most taxing? Book doesn't explain. This sucks. I thought book would explain this.
