What a dumb ass! He should not be wearing that hoodie! Robbie doesn't really like Arnold. He should be wearing something with Robbie on it.

That's a shame, it you train right and have great genetics like Grimek then you wouldn't need to take steroids anyway

Probably after flys, inclines, dips and who knows what else ~ 15 to 20 sets per body part and at least 5 sets per exercise. May very well be his warm up for this particular exercise too. Typically 12 x 8 x 8 x 6 x 4 to failure.

Arnie was such a beast in '74. Just unreal. He looked so much better than today's pro bodybuilders, who look hideous and barely even have a human shape anymore.

I was really progressing well with my expander. Same Baraban one. Maxed out at seven springs on many movements. Got a crazy busy field job with long hours, and then a shoulder injury from a mtb crash. Gonna rehab with my expander. Miss that burn! Just need a normal job now, too...

Pretty solid exercise selection unc the first exercise at 4:10 reminds me the original old school hacksquat I think golden era bookworm and Ben Patrick (kneesovertoesguy) mentioned it in their video i recommend checking it out. I think the old school exercise is slightly better for the teardrop muscles but overall amazing esoteric exercise selection as always 🔥🔥

I've added a lot of mass and built strength with both of the Baraban expanders. I really recommend them. Great video

🌹🏆🧐☝🏿🔍🔥! I am glad that Arnold cut his workout to an hour a day like all warriors and Athletes that have been training for thousands of years since the beginning of time !

That was a great demonstration.. It's amazing how many exercises you can do with a spring set.. I remember when I was a young kid my father had a set of springs in the house and he would grab them every once in awhile a do a few exercises with them and then they would just lay in the closet for the rest of the year..
