Have you watched a high frame rate movie at the movie theatre? Was it 3D? Tell me about your experience!

Came here from reddit. Awesome video, and the editing and animation really helps me to understand things better, for example the sentence being played back inconsistently.

Hey Take Five! Glad to hear that :D I wasn't super sure if I was going to keep that part when I first recorded it. Super happy to hear it actually worked out the way I had envisioned 😄

Great! I can definitely tell there was a lot of effort put into this. Hopefully this gains lots of traction.

John - loved the video. Really interesting. And the puppet/paper doll imagery was awesome!!!

Thanks Liz! Credit for that goes to Cayla :) She thought of the idea and did all of the puppet animations!

Think I read about it in a book at first, than saw it in a Lynda course. If John ever starts a SkillShare would probably do a way better job than what is currently available =D

Oh, same! haha. This video was shot in 23.976 😅But then again I was trying to target filmmakers with this, so I wanted to keep the frame rate consistent with the standard :).

Hah! I’m surprised you are the first to ask. It’s 24 FPS 😝
@SM-sk1sm Жыл бұрын
anything faster then 27.9 which is what Hollywood usually goes at or 30 fps ... u go slower. That is a FACT. This is how you test ballistics .

I’m not sure I understand this comment?
@nospellingoutloud Жыл бұрын
24 fps = people are stupid. There’s no good reason for choppy video except to demonstrate what the past was like.
