Are you serious? Kebab's on a skewer originate from Persia modern day Iran , Persian warriors put meats they hunted during war on their swords and cooked them on a flame, not Greece or Turkey (only the doner or gyro comes from here) but I suppose you were either too afraid or couldn't get a visa and decided to make a BS video about sheesh kebab origins, completely inaccurate.

Kebap is arabic origin. But sish is a turkic word so sish kebap is probably Turkish. But ancient people used to eat meat in stick so it is so old to be own by a nation. Did you know that the Kebab was invented thousands of years ago. Meat eating throughout the ages started and stopped. The Indian Hindus then permitted the people of those Army or Greeks Middle East and some others tribes to eat meat. Each type of Kebab from each country has its own name that symbolises the ancient treaty and warriorism of my Great ilaali Chitroda Empire of Tripura. Eg Shish= Swastick JISH= 5 J ESH = 5 Jayesh.
