Did you know Arkham once had a Lighthouse? In this video we show you how the locations we love such as Velma’s Diner, Arkham Asylum and The Arkham Advertiser came to be what they are today. And maybe introduce you to some you have never heard of such as Devil’s Beach, and Dark’s Carnival.
This video was original part of a series on designing an Arkham game that has not been completed or released.

Another fantastic source of information about the city of Arkham is the "board game" Beareu of Investigation. I put board game in quotes because it's more of a freeform Investigation puzzles, part of the Sherlock Holmes Colsulting Detective line of games.

5:36 Sorry to correct you, but Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game did have locations - 110 Support cards with the 'Location' trait, to be exact! Otherwise, fantastic video as always. = )

We certainly should have explained this better shouldn’t we. The CoC Card game was pretty unique amongst the Arkham Files games as it didn’t have locations you visited. Location was just a keyword on its permanent cards rather than a space on a board or something you moved your pawn to. But it did have artwork and flavour text for those locations so we should probably add more detail if we update this video again.

One of these streaming services needs to drop some millions in developing a series in this universe. Lovecraft country was ok but definitely only seemed to grab a few bits here and there.
