Moreover,Adinath was the incarnation of Shiva even all Navnath were follower of Lord dattatreya Who himself was incarnation of Brahma,Vishnu and Shiva.Go and google who was Adinath you will find he was jain guru Rishabhnath though the one you are talking about is the incarnation of Shiva and just a follower of nath tradition.

Oldest written text about yoga you can find in rig Veda, bhagwat geeta, patanjali and many hindu religious scriptures such upnishad, puranas, as well jain religious texts,also Buddhism means Indic religion actually yoga is spiritual practice in Hinduism to attain salvation and it is another form of worship even in our daily life we prayer the god through yoga it is another form of worship in Hinduism or spiritual practice.
