The history of Jukebox is one of the most intriguing aspects when it comes to Raising Kanan. In Power we were introduced to Laverne Ganner, a veteran of the police department for 8 years, but over the course of her young teenage life, the last thing you'd think Juke would become, was a cop. In her mind, she wasn't just a good singer, she was great and so this is one of the many aspects I dive deep into, her music career and why did she become a cop? It's one of many unanswered questions when it comes to the character of Jukebox. I also run through the pain and suffering Juke has endured during the first and second season of Power Book 3, but how it won't be the last. Deadlier and colder moments are coming, and it's not going to be pleasant for Juke.

I reeeaaallly love jukebox’s character and storyline. I’ve always wondered why kanan, ghost and especially Tommy were low key scared of her!! Laverne died when her mom did that her.. I was traumatized after watching it and just thinking, with Nicole’s passing, Marvin’s reaction (breaking the tape) and Kenya’s BS conversion exorcism or whatever the hell it was… made her veins cold as ice!!!!!

Sir, I really don't know the answer to none of those questions, but I can't wait to see the evolution of someone that scares Ghost, Tommy, and Kanan. This is called Raising Kanan but of all people, I feel like Jukebox and Breeze contributed to the monster Kanan became. They are the most important pieces in this show. Season 3 is about to be nuts.

JukeBox's story will actually be the most interesting in season 4. Many layers to peel. Her next love interest. Her adult years. Where her and Marvin go from here. How and why she cut Kanan so badly on his neck. I can see that happening because Kanan is gonna sleep with one her huney's just like he did Candy. Its only speculation but I think Juke is gonna really hurt Famous. He keeps pushing up on her and he might take it too far and she nearly kills him or does kill him. Her first kill is gonna be the little Church Boy or Nicole's mom. When the dad divorces her she will kill the ex-wife. I am curious to see how Breeze rubs off on Juke because she knows Ghost and Tommy so she definitely ran with Breeze too. Hopefully they give her some serious screen time in season 3 and 4. Anika Noni is watching the show so now that 50 is not messing with Starz anymore I can see them reaching out to her to take over the narrating. Fingers crossed.

The parallel of Tariq and Kanan should also be noted that they were lied to constantly by their parents. Did Kenya leave cause she only got prego in the process of proving that she was straight. to her family back then?
