They didn‘t want to disband without a last comeback but Woollim did them too dirty… :( I‘m wishing the best for their individual careers. And for everyone who was about to stan Lovelyz: do it! Even if they‘re disbanded you can still see the girls together every now and then in live streams, pictures, etc. their bond and chemistry still goes on strong even if they won‘t release music as Lovelyz again any time soon. It‘s worth supporting the girls individually too.

Sadly woollim is becoming a company that sucks at promoting their artists. THEYRE really good at making amazing music but without proper promo and funds (theyre clearly struggling with money rn) a group can’t do well. I’m really disappointed seeing the number of comebacks rocket punch has compared to other groups that debuted around the same time.
@basma78063 жыл бұрын
@James Henry Smith my point was that they should have so much more. They had 1 comeback and 1 Japanese release this year compared to drippin’s 3 + the universe release and golcha’s 3/2.5 since the promo for the last 2 comebacks were cut to 2 weeks. Idk if they released more but the only releases rcpc has is bim bam bum, juicy, bouncy, and ring ring + the Japanese release of bubble up that nobody noticed. They debuted in aug 2019 THATS NOTHING. Idk if woollim thought pulling a black pink was a good idea where they release v little music to build up hype but that doesn’t work if ur group isnt super popular to begin with 😭 their songs are all bangers but cmon now
@mariadiallo57863 жыл бұрын
@@basma7806 their Japanese debut went completely unnoticed. To make a comparison, ITZY recently released the Japanese version of WANNABE (not a new song) and it had a lot more exposure and recognition. LOONA also had a lot more recognition with their Japanese debut (Hula Hoop) than RCPC. Again, this is a matter of poor promotions and wrong timing. To expand their success in Japan, RCPC should try a sound similar to TWICE's later Japanese releases (from Breakthrough and onwards), at least in my opinion

They were in the big 4 Christian Horse Girl Music groups IMO (the others obviously being Gfriend, Apink, and OMG). I listened to them so much in 2015-2017, still some of the best vocals of any large GG. Like all of my disbanded or inactive old favs, I hope they have a reunion eventually, but if not, I just hope all the members will be able to do what they love.

I came into Lovelyz around Destiny era and have loved them ever since. Management was really poor with them after their rookie years it felt like to me. Them going on Queendom I think was a good thing but to perform Sixth Sense was…. a choice lol just that their vocals didn’t really fit that type of song. Afterwards it took them forever just to release their EP while Mamamoo, AOA, Oh My Girl, (G)I-dle and even Bom released something relatively quick. It’s sad they disbanded and I thought they’d stay together longer like I thought Gfriend would. International fans really love to sleep on talent

In my opinion... Woolim is the problem, woolim may have great idea/concept /music type for their group, BUT! in term of PROMOTING each of them are the major problem. 1) During infinite promotion for "The Eye" things becoming chaos when Hoya choose to discontinue the contract, it maybe normal at first but if I pay more attention it seeems that Infinite individual promotion being neglected. 2. Despite debuting many rookies since 2020-present (Rocket Punch, Drippin, Eunbi) tbh all of them are off from the radar, Even Eunbi Debut only hype in the beginning state only and after that woolim just let it go without any explanation. 3. Golden Child may being most busiest group on Woolim. unfortunately... they are lack of any promotion activity aside from performing their comeback song! I mean.. give them variety show or any content on social media or let them have individual actuvity Since GolCha already in their "sunbae phase" in woolim! 4. At last...IF woolim can taking care and see potencial in lovelyz i think Woolim should send them to debut in japan, since lovelyz concept/image is more friendly to asian region especially Korean/Japan rather than U.S/Europe So... yeah thats why i thought when i see this devastating news... i just want the girls feel free to explore their talent after this chaotic situation 😔

I don't know if someone pointed it out but at 9:55 when you're talking about their pre-release track shooting star it actually plays twinkle in the background :D but it's fine, i love both songs

Tbh Lovelyz dont have much contents/videos compare to others. I kept watching the same thing over and over. Most of the videos from years ago, they dont have much funny/cute moments video either. This is one of the gg that didnt have much ship among members videos. I need more n more videos about them, i love watching them together. Hmm

Yes, I admit that lovelyz used to have a lot more content than rocket punch, drippin, and eunbi. Now woollim is getting worse, dumber, and more lazy to promote. They can't even come up with a good design for Season Greeting 2022 (everything is the same, just different colors).

It's too bad they couldn't release their final album as a goodbye token for fans

Infinite and Lovelyz built up that company, but they were screwed. Instead of debuting to many new groups, they should’ve focused more on promoting the groups they already have more. Lovelyz could’ve been so much bigger with proper promotions. They do a decent job with Golden Child and I hope they won’t ruin it
