Wow - this has got to be your best researched video yet. It actually sent me to look for - and watch - Steamboat Willy. I was gobsmacked at the level of synchronised sound with each of those individual instruments having to be keyed in. Keep up the fantastic work.

My earliest television memories include The Mickey Mouse Club.(I know it began when I was almost a year old, so the MMC had to have been the first thing Mom turned on to keep me quiet for an hour.)

As soon as I heard about Steamboat Willie being in the public domain, I’ve been doing a lot of research on Mickey & Minnie & collecting Mickey & Minnie plush dolls. Did you know that Mickey has been the most popular write in candidate in presidential elections since 1932? In 1978, Mickey became the first cartoon character to have a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame, & 40 years later, Minnie got her star.

And before you can say: "We can't get the rights of Mickey back and that this they're only chance." Let me tell you this: "To do what?
