I love to hear these old stories, succesful farms today were progressive farms in the early days. Wonderful family story, and we can tell the pride from the guys. Great channel and interesting content. I sure hope you keep the videos coming. Our family settled in Southern Alberta in 1907.

LOL I've never heard of clearing trees with dynamite. Of course back in the day when I was a kid I can still remember getting ammonium nitrate fertilizer 34-0-0 way back before the Oklahoma city business. Of course we had no idea how dangerous that stuff was (ie. Beirut port explosion)

Thanks so much for sharing your history. It's part of our heritage and legacy, something very few get to experience. I'm a 5th generation farmer from southern MN, est 1881. I'll never forget Gpa telling me when they bought their first tractor: A brand new Oliver Hart Parr 70 in 1936. The neighbors thought he was crazy for having lights electric start. We still have the HP 70 and get it out a couple times a year. We also have kept and collected several other Oliver/White tractors over the years. History matters.

Love these historical video's. Both sides of my family were dairy farmers and one farm is still going since 1919 the cows left in 58 when my uncle was killed on the farm after 2 tours in Korea.

Interesting & I don't even know you guys. I can't imagine the Time & Work it took to clear a small patch of land back in the day. 😮 And even though Families had their disagreements for a Farm to grow to the size you guys have Brothers....Uncles....Parents had to work together to achieve such a great looking Farm.
