Hello this video is really interessing 😊. Yes Alice Nine left PS COMPANY in 2015 but they think of this since 2009. They attack PS COMPANY in justice for bad treaments and they win their lawsuit. Their are really independant and they found their own label. I think you know but the Ceo of HERESY inc. is the same of PS COMPANY .

Yes Tomomi Ozaki is in charge of both. I think gazette are kinda under a "fake" new label. I'm sure they created it only because they became too "big" in comparison to the others artists of the label. You know, like, "image" is important. In the background Heresy inc is still PSC imo.
