it is so refreshing to be presented such a thorough and fascinating history of these fish. their historical and cultural significance are a massive part of my appreciation of them and it adds even more depth to the already engrossing joy of keeping them. during my research online while getting into the hobby, I was very surprised to the relatively low interest in fancy goldfishes cultural history. im probably mistaken about that, but your videos are exactly what Ive been looking for. your work is greatly appreciated :)

Nice.. btw , people who watching this or other video in this channel , hit the thumb up button and comment down any question, appreciate his job to giving some explanation and history , I know he haven't explain all about the ranchu , but I think if we show some appreciation , i think he will shot more video telling about ranchu .. anyway, sorry for my english , I'm an asian and I tried my best to learn english .. as long as I understand and speak basic english haha that all thank you . 😂😂

Hi *Aidan* , Thank you for your understanding and appreciation of my work. Initially, I got annoyed when people hit the dislike icon (thumb-down). But I am fine now. Many reasons for clicking the dislike icon, some audiences naturally have higher expectations; some people may accidentally click the wrong icon. No problem with that. What really matters to me is to read the comments. I read all comments and reply to every single one. Not just to build connections with my fans but also to encourage each of us to continue goldfish keeping. Your English is great, I have no problem understanding your point. The main reason that I did not update my channel, just because my life is busy, and got some other things to do... like my job in engineering and data science and also try to build my own startup. Thanks again. Keep in touch!
@aidanirves85793 жыл бұрын
@@GoldfishCorner yeahh about the dislike icon just make it a normal thing , with our science knowladge we know out there are many kind of people not all people good and also not all of them are bad .. so just let it be .. stay healthy there and we always here wait for your new content about goldfish .. 🥳🥳🎉🎉

Appreciated your feedback and encouragement! Which breed history do you like to hear? Yes, I am making it. As I promised in the video, my next one will talk about how tell different type of Ranchu (Japanese, Chinese, and Thai). After that, I will continue this series on egg-fish, Pearlscale, etc.

@@GoldfishCorner I am especially fascinated by the telescopic eye mutations and also some of the rarer breeds also find the Chinese and Japanese rules on beauty and proportion and how they have been adapted and applied to similar and some times divergent characteristics in the fish
