The reason for this change is, the year before, Lassie was all on her own, with no regular master. Viewers didn't seem to like that and execs behind the scenes felt it wasn't working as well. So they decided to return the series to it's roots. She was back with a family again, this tine, the Holden's. And THIS time, the main child was a girl instead of a boy. Lucy Baker was her name and played by Pamelyn Ferdin.

I used to own a collie until we lost her to death but I had we all stayed up feed her pups and my vet had to help to

She too damn beautiful soul and animal… funny thing is yesterday when my dog and I were on our way to pick my daughter from school met one collie lost just that she was black and white… she came to us .. crying I wanted to get out and hold her since I was getting late to pick up my daughter I called for animal control help … so she is safe doesn’t get hurt .. unfortunately I lost sight of her cuz she ran behind houses
