I love to feel the Holy Spirit working on me. Making me feel guilty of things that used to be ok for me. As brother Allen explained. Before not watching porn, not smoking pot was sufficient for me. But as he said being rude or short with someone makes automatic feels guilty. I love to be filled with the holy spirit. Sometimes i wake up just feel this really strong feeling of happiness and tears runs down on my face, a feeling to go the the word of God and read... how lucky to know our Lord Jesus. I am sort of phasing out of a Word of Faith Church. It's kind of scary, going to a new Church. I have been at the WOF Church for 37 years. Now I go to the WOF Church on the 1st and 3rd Sundays and the Baptist Church the rest of the time. The Baptist denomination is really different from WOF (but not bad). I think I am going through some kind of "culture shock." Maybe it's "spiritual withdrawals." .37 years is a long time. I have a lot of history at the old Church. But, I feet like it's time for a change (at my age it's hard trying new things..I am 72 now, not young like I was when I first went to the WOF Church as a single parent of a young child) Well, things change,,,,,Please pray for me, as I want to be in the perfect will of God and not out on a limb somewhere.......

Carole, sometimes in order for a plant to grow in must be replanted in new soil. Either the pot has become too small or the plant has become too large and overwhelms the pot. In order to continue growin for the sake of the pot and plant. It must be taken out of that pot/soil, and reintroduced to a new environment....so is it with us...Father will not let you fail or be deceived. Just make sure the Gospel of Jesus Christ is preached and pray always!!

Alan that was great it really helped me understand as when I was a youth I was brainwashed Pentecostal and they believe if you’re saved you will speak in Tongues and that is what the Holy Spirit.

Thank you so much for this lesson! I have so much of a greater respect for the Holy Spirit. I would pray for the Holy Spirit protection and comfort off of one verse that I read in College. I knew about the fruits of the spirit but didn’t ever equate that to the Holy Spirit. Wow he is so much amazing than that! I know that the trinity is on the same level but I always looked at the Holy Spirit in the background if I’m being honest. Boy little did I know. This lesson has really taught me how I’ve been quenching the Spirit and what I need to do for the Spirit to be the “President” in my life. God bless you, your ministry and your family! I was watching nanny mcphee a movie where magic abound and a voice said you should not be watching this. The CD was spoilt and the movie stopped still I did not listen to the voice. I scouted and found another CD to buy but It didn't work either. I did not acknowledge the voice of the Holy Spirit and walked the town looking for this movie but no one had it.... sometimes even when we go against what the Holy Spirit tells us, He will keep you covered by keeping your desires away from you. I bless the Lord for His grace and guidance

As I've grown an learned truth and more.. in time. When you start really loving God ... fall totally in, I didn't want to do anything that I had been doing. Quit smoking. I will tell you the real trust my friend. God wants us to surrender EVERYTHING to him. Jesus said if you aren't willing to give up EVERYTHING, you cannot be a disciple. The Church is wrong in saying there is a difference between being a disciple and being just a Christian.
