I was born in the 50s in east London. The old man, God bless him introduced Rob to me. Comedy gold to us old gits.

This not only first class humour;it also requires wit and effortless delivery.And,with a slight bow in the direction of 633Squadron..none of our so-called "entertainers","comedians" or "stand-up" comics come near him.Today obscenities seem to pass for humour;the coarser the more they laugh.Thank you for this little gem.

I remember all these old comedians like Robb Wilton broadcasting during the 40's. I still laugh at them.........funny without being abusive and no swearing.

Why can`t people just stick to saying what they think of the subject in question rather than bringing a agressive and negative aspect to it by slagging off other performers .
