At 6:45 that was a tornado siren test In the centers time zone it happens at 11:00 am on the first Monday of the month

In Minnesota we have our test on the first Wednesday of every month at 1pm. This game was on July 7th, a Wednesday. I don't think they ever do the test on the 1st day of the month. I remember hearing it that day as my work is about 10 miles north of Target field.
