I need to visit LA, but honestly I feel discouraged with the high prices , crime rates , drug issues , it feels a bit overrated in my point of view

I totally get where you're coming from! LA can definitely feel overwhelming with its high costs and some of the issues you've mentioned. That said, it still has so much to offer in terms of culture, food, and scenery. Maybe it’s worth visiting for a short time to see if it’s a fit for you, or exploring areas that are a bit less talked about but just as interesting!
