That’s called frango com catupiry and it’s shredded chicken with a specialty cheese called catupiry. It’s actually pretty delicious but that guy put the equivalent to 3 pies into that one. Also Ethan’s thrash looks to be banana leaves that can give some good aroma to foods but I’ve personally never tried it in a pizza.

I'm a Brazilian guy and I can explain what's happening. First of all, that's not rice, it's chicken. And the white thing is called Catupiry. It's some kind of cheese and it's our creation. Also he put a bit of corn and some Italian spice's. It's pretty good.
