I think it's pretty messed up how scar was treated as a cub, his dad showed all the love to his brother and never to him, acted like he didn't exist.

For me personally, Uru is the daughter of the previous king Mohatu. Ahadi was likely a rogue cub taken in and their friendship grew into love. I believe that both Uru and Ahadi loved their sons equally but Scar always saw a favouritism that wasn’t really there. While Mufasa learned to respect the circle of life, Scar let feelings of inadequacy grow into resentment for his brother. Uru probably felt bad for her younger son, seeing how small he felt next to his brother so might have coddled him too much.

She is Scar's mother but not Mufasa's. Ahadi impregnated a lot of lionesses, ant that leaded to Mufasa's birthday before Scar's, but Scar was the legittimate heir since he was born from the official queen. But Ahadi wanted Mufasa to be his heir, and so Uru adopted him.

Uru is actually the daughter of Mohatu. She looks like Mufasa with darker fur. Ahadi looks like Scar with gold fur with a black mane and he only became king because he had guidance from Mohatu teaching him the responsibilities of being the king.
