This is sort of the same problem that both Western Animation companies and video games companies (Both Western and Japanese) have. Most of the animators and designers have to go through crunch time, harsh working conditions, emotional abuse from their supervisors and rarely any time to have any breaks or spend time with their friends and families.

Invincible is only good when the budget is focused on fight scenes. Even the comics are criticized for their shortcuts. You can’t blame the animators for taking similar shortcuts, but the comics were like that back then too. I’m hoping the anime industry addresses these issues.

Uh, Daffy? What happens in Japan will impact many cultures across the globe negatively. Think of how many across the globe have adopted Japanese culture or just have little more likeness of Japanese media and cultures than their own, will be negatively impacted by the huge losses that happens in Japan. Apply that very logic taking Japan and Japanese culture and put in the next popular culture in the world and think how negatively impacted the world be all the same. The more cultures we lose in its origin lands, the people would be devastated and would do anything to want what made them happy back as it has been a massive part of their lives and the most popular. If you know the human mind, then you know the cost when people lose something greater than what they’ve already lost.

I love anime, and yes there are some anime that has absolutely insane animation that you can call movie quality, but yet they can't match animation like arcane and castlevania 😂😂

Arcane maybe not cause Arcane got a 3d style but there are definitely better looking anime than Castlevania? Being better than arcane is kinda subjective cause anime and arcane have 2 different styles of animation. If Japanese animators put dedicated effort into a series for 3 years like Arcane they can absolutely cook up something on the lvl of it.

i am so sad how there's fewer and lesser good anime now because of greedy arrogant producers who treat their team like tools and don't care any more about telling a good story with a balance between kawaii and dark , imposing us fan service and unlikeable characters, as well as ugly animations with a rush policy , thinking it would be good for audiences. the last good ones i saw were Hoshi no ko and Death paradise (respect my opinion please) and i should take a look to Vinland one day. Anime lose its magic for now. i don't know if we got enough of them or not. for now manga time, then

This is just objectively false, the ceiling of quality for anime has only gone up through the years. Yes there's more bad anime being made but that's because there's more anime in general being made. It's easy to think anime is getting worse when 300 of them come out every year but most anime has never been that good it's just back in the day we weren't as easily exposed to the slop. An anime wasn't talked about unless it was a banger now we got weebs hyping up shows like "The time my cute step-sister got reincarnated as a fridge" every season.
