Neojhun, No one was arguing that teenagers shouldn't learn how to prevent pregnancies and STD's but have you even read that article yourself? It does not say that abstinent behaviour would increase the rate of STD's or unwanted pregnancies. It says that school "indoctrination" - as you call it - has failed to lower the number of sex partners young people have. That doesn't change that the number of reported sexually transmitted diseases is correlated with the average number of sexual partners. For example, thirteen percent of those with 15 or more sexual partners disclosed they had been diagnosed with an STI, compared to just 3 percent of those with four or fewer partners. What it does show is that teachers can't instal moral values if society and parents have failed to do so.

abdo peroneus i had a severe infection of it about a year ago. Both can be caused by stds or, in my case and possibly his, bacterial infection. I picked it up when I went swimming at a public pool
