They probably would have a reason why they wouldn't and that's what makes this a great video idea.

I personally think that the Trayus academy was created during the rule of Tulak Hord because Hord is the one who originally discovered Dromund Kaas before Vitiate rediscovered it. This would explain the evidence of the Sith empire’s survival on Dromund Kaas

@@alsimmonshellspawn6021 there are aspects of Disney Star Wars that i find can be appreciated, despite my broader feelings towards Disney as a whole. Legends wasn’t always well written or consistent either, it was just better than most of what we have now. Personally, I dislike the Yuuzhan Vong as much as I dislike the First Order albeit for very different reasons. For my own sanity I just pay attention to the Star Wars stuff I like and tend to try to ignore the unsavory bits for the most part.

If Disney was smart they'd play out the Revan trilogy with modern parallels, akin to what Lucas did with WW2 undertones in the original trilogy. Still mix in the samurai and space gunslinger elements, but tell the Story of Revan and how he struggled to overcome the dark urges with parallels to today. Also gives an intro for Nihalus to have a story told, and allows an explanation for Banes story to be told with some impact for finding holocrons if we already saw some of the worst of the worst sith lords and now their spirits are teaching other dark lords.

Also, the Old Republic got everything wrong. The Trayus Academy was stronghold made by the True Sith. Those Sith are remnants of the Sith Empire from the Great Hyperspace War and enemies to the Force, this is why they draw more power by creating wounds in the Force. The Academy had records of the True Sith and the Ratakan Empire. Revan brought war to the Jedi and Republic, only to get them prepared and united against the True Sith, using the Darkside against them.

KoTOR is *such* a good game and Revan among the best Jedi characters in the entire mythos. It was such a waste when they cast him aside for KoTOR2--but that is Bioware's signature move. They think it is a good idea to effectively kill the player character and force us to play as some new interloper we do not give a crap about--like the various main characters in Dragon Age. KoTOR2 was good enough and its story somewhat deeper but in my opinion not a patch on the original.
