There was also another very important reason, probably more important than all what you wrote. Germany assumed that Allies will not bomb a neutral country, so the moment Germany would invade then all Swedish mines would be bombed, but as long Sweden was neutral and willing to trade with Germany, then Germany was able to import from Sweden more resources than if it was directly occupied.

In this case, buying was cheaper than conquering. 2) Sweden supported Finland, which was in turn allied to Germany against the Soviets. 3) At no point was Sweden powerful enough to be perceived as a serious threat to Germany.
