This is the kind of music I used to seek back in the mid- 80's. This is today's underground. People that say there is no good music today aren't digging hard enough.

I’m late but here’s my view. You say it’s the music you seemed for in the 80s which means this music is almost 30 years old already. That’s what we mean when we say there’s no good music anymore, there are no new genuine music that’s outstanding, what’s good happens to be old music only played by new artists. But nothing truly new.

I never meant for you to get hurt, And how I tried, Oh how I tried. I could never give you just what you deserved, Another man, would surely learn. I know these words, they only serve to twist the knife, but I'll strive, to make them heard. Maybe it's better now I've gone away, Maybe it's not, Oh who can say. And though it's hard, for me to say, I know you're better off this way. And when I told her I didn't love her anymore, She cried. And when I told her, her kisses were not like before, She cried. And when I told her another girl had caught my eye, She cried. And I kissed her, with a kiss that could only mean goodbye. And though it's hard, for me to say, Maybe you're better off this way. I love how people come and comment "that song is from of Jay and The Americans" YOU DONT SAY? Its on porpuse, even the official wikipedia and fan page states the lyrics are from "She Cried". People who come and try to be all " omg they are stealing!" NOPE. they got permission to use the lyrics, even the fans know who the author of the song is, so youre just making a fool of yourself by trying to make them look like the stole something they obviously got permission to use.

The lyrics of this song sound exactly like my ex who I was deeply in love with He's glad to announce his weakness like it's a strength The inability to love anyone. Like it's something to be proud of. When in reality, those sort of people don't deserve any sort of love or attention. Because they spend their life destroying others.
@yroe124 жыл бұрын
bruh, "Oh how I tried" He knows he has hurt others, he wanted/hoped to make this one different. animals aren't meant to be monogamist. He tried. He thought he could do it this time. He failed. He's now being honest and upfront with his SO. Sorry you were hurt.
@0L13 жыл бұрын
@@yroe12 Thank you! I don't think the "another girl had caught my eye" line implies they're proud of breaking their heart and mean to put it on display. Nor that it means they "live to destroy others". Shit happens and things don't work out. It's just a brutal truth, a truth that puts an instant end to all the possible what if's and maybe's. It's raw, ugly, unpleasant and honest, just like every other breakup. At least it's honest, unlike every other breakup.

Copia? :D
