I don't know why you guys think it would be a great surprise. I just got to know them and I went to listen to the first album after reading your comments and I see the sense in the change of style. Actually reminds me of most post-punk bands from the 80's, their first albums sound more punk and then they developed a softer sound. Echo and the Bunnymen for example, even Siouxsie and the Banshees.

@nateeatsshitalot I used to think that, but primary colours has grown and grown on me, and i feel as though primary colours is a bit more accomplished than strange house. I'm excited about the new album, I felt as if primary colours was the horrors going into a new direction, and hopefully they have progressed this new style. The new stuff is incorperating more tech sounds into it after the side project of the spider and the flies. I will miss the very catchy guitar strums on strange house tho.

Israel Uwu hay muchas bandas que también se inspiran en los soundtracks de videojuegos aunque no lo creas. Por ejemplo la primera etapa de Nine Inch Nails está inspirada en la música de juegos como DOOM, o Burzum con su black metal inspirado en juegos de rol como Calabozos y Dragones.
