Hello Everyone and welcome to Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord join me as we attempt to play through the game with only cavalry can the power of Lu Lancer ride us to victory?
This is played on realistic settings current version 1.7.2 beta
To help me out in the new beta patch I have also created some custom cavalry units that have randomised equipment from every faction. (mod is on my discord if you want to try it ps. will not be maintained across new patch's)

I would like to see the game make bandits fight and the winner gets larger. They should absorb the smaller groups and become larger over time.

Bandits kind of just magically spawn in and are there to be killed for xp by the ai i would love it if they could make a real system where they get stronger set up hideouts ect

Companion suggestion: Sir Liesalot He claims to have 300 skills in all departments. But who knows, the troops say he lies a lot . Although you can say to some certainty that he is good at riding, using swinging polearms and one particular companion skill. Aserai/Khuzait/Vlandian/Extremely diverse Armor Swinging polearm. Yes! Hyped for the brand new series. These videos never fail to brighten the day :) Idea for a scout companion: Garmr the Betrayed. Ideally Sturgian born but doesnt really matter. Skills: Scouting/Riding/Bow. Named Garmr (Norse for dog/hound) as there was no better tracker in Sturgia. Often sought after for his gifts by both the Lords and their subjects. Whether is was hunting beast or man, there was no living thing that could evade him. One day he was given a job to track down a criminal like any other. He followed his target into Khuzait lands from the North, all the way into a nearby village where he waited, in some dark corner , visibly nervous at the prospect of being confronted. However, by the time he had found the villain, Khuzait forces had surrounded the village after being told by a sturgian lord of an enemy entering the village with intent to incite rebellion. Garmr was captured scheduled to be executed when, in the night, he was given opportunity to escape. He took it. After days of wandering the plains, starving and injured, he came to be at the mercy of Steppe Bandit riders who took him in, taught him skills to raid in exchange for his service. But conflicted by his choice, and eager to find the man who ratted him out, days later he ran to safety in a nearby town. Without coin or a suitable trade, he spent his time gambling and drinking his way through life until one day...in walks a stranger.

He use to be a lord that was ment to be king but then his brother betrayed him amd tries to kill him. No one believes that his brother tried to kill him so he ran away and joined u to get revenge and kill those who betrayed him

Here's my Companion Character Suggestion for this Series Companion Name: Berke Khan (Son of Jochi, Grandson of Genghis Khan) Former Titles: Commander and Ruler of the Golden Horde Arsenal: Spear and Shield / Steppe Armor Set / No Bow since Berke is a Pure Horse Rider Warrior Description: Berke Khan once led his own Army of Horse Warriors, together with his Grandparent, Genghis Khan. They rampaged throughout Europe Sacking and Razing anything they could find. But their Glorious Plundering will be short lived as Genghis Khan is about to die of old age. His sons we're quarreling on whoever should take his place and continue his Legacy, but none of Genghis Khan's Sons would back off from taking the Throne and thus a Civil War erupted. Berke joined his father, Jochi to help him seize the throne but it was in vain. Jochi died of unknown cause and suspicions would place upon Berke that he poisoned Jochi and so he could get the throne instead. But it turns out, Berke was framed by his siblings. Helpless, Berke fled into the West, as far away from his enemies as he can, there. Berke stumbled into an Unknown land called "Calradia" where he decided to stay and rest, and so there, he met Lu Lancer, a stranger who is strangely similar to Berke. Nope this is totally base game apart from the troops i added and the amount of bandits on the map though bear in mind im getting a lot of kills here and the character is set up only with vigour and endurance

@ThreatX Loving all your series so far. Many many many hours of watching your series. But I had some thoughts/questions. I don’t own the game myself but I was considering a few things. First, could your cavalry be set to lance on charge? If so I think the follow me command might be great. Lance through, get some distance and wait for them to gather around you again. Might seem counterintuitive at first to stand and do nothing for 15 seconds but I think it would be highly effective vs letting them run around chasing and missing a single guy for 10 minutes. Regroup, charge/lance, rinse and repeat. It would also give you a second to issue troop commands between passes.

An all cav campaign is pretty easy. Get 20 Khazait cav, then kill bandits and trade horses and mules all over the map while also making sure to do all of the Khuzait village quests. Eventually you'll be stupid rich and beloved in all the Khuzait villages. At that point you can recruit ridiculous numbers Khan's Guard and horse archers. A blob of mounted archers will pretty well annihilate any AI army and the Khan's Guard are solid in a siege.

In pole arms braced is the skill for infantry the other one that you didn't pick is Calvary

I talked about that in the video one of them had the effect of knocking off cavalry and a captain skill for infantry. The other was a 30% chance to knock someone back that I doubt would apply on horseback and a governor skill it has no cavalry benefits :)

I have always used that mode maybe look at what it actually does XD the campaign ai and tactics are not changed so its beyond easy even with the highest settings. There is a option to make the troops fight better however with the lack of unit skill levels its hard to notice a difference only lords block. Oh also description stats the game is on realistic difficulty as well as a link to character set up where i pick said options.
