The anxiety is because you're a good parent and you do care about your child. The weight of the responsibility used to freak me out when my daughter was a new born.

I can to panic attacks as single parent as the responsibility is huge,and sometimes it just hits you. You are responsible for keeping him in the lane and you will,but I know it can be scarey,but you will do it, because you care

Any time you don’t feel like going out or to your classes or whatever it may be then just do what you need to do to help yourself but look at it this way , how many times in the last couple of years have you done new things and got through struggling times and never once by violence , illegality or using force , your doing great.

Keep growing through it Kris pal. The body reacts even before the mind will to familiar events etc. I empathise with ye mate. Anxiety is brutal you’re no basket case bro your showing true self learned wisdom mate and your lad will see that his dads a decent guy. Made up for you to notice the difference in your self, massive respect for that. You did good telling someone about your feelings at times, it’ll make you feel better if any other panic attacks or anxiety arises. Your a good dad without a doubt and gathering a good audience. Keep being genuine brother, ye help even old dafties like me that toil to go outside these days with my anxiety. Much respect to you pal❤️✌️

Anxiety attacks no fun,mine started from toking a legal high smoke..many years ago now,ended up in hospital thinking heart attack thought was game over mate but years after that got anxiety attacks all the time lost jobs all sorts horrible aint they...tell you how i sorted them out in the end was just by getting angry at them when i feel em coming like your not doing this too me again not now...that and tapping just drumming on stuff around me too get my heartbeat too calm down i focus on the tapping it really works,but just thought id share incase helps any off your subs or yourself even...cheers fae ye vids pal 😁👍

I get panic attacks now and then too. I think I’m dying and struggle to breath and since I have chronic lung disease that is not a good thing. The more I freak out the more I think I’m dying and it just kinda feeds in to itself and makes it worse. I’ve only ever had it happ at home. Fck having it in a room full of hard af jujitsu killers. 😂

Snap mate it’s like a mad heat hits your body and then feel like dropping worst feeling ever soon as the mind goes it’s a scary time they say they get less severe because you learn to fight them off but still horrible brother

My ex who’s violent and agressive , is stalking us - police Scotland- nae worries we will send someone round tomorrow.(I realise listening again that the couple said they would be ok to leave it tomorrow but that’s because they were having to wait. I still believe the police could and should have had someone to come down that night in the station and sit and listen to them. Maybe then they would have see how serious it was and reacted before this crime happened .) Theres three kids outside of our mansion and they are being very loud. Police Scotland - we will have three cars round in 30 seconds … police Scotland 🤦

See the anxiety thing that's your heed battlen against yae cos yer Dane good in yer life yer looking after her boy in so determined Tae create solid stable background for him so that when he in the classes or interviews n that he does well av got wit you get had similar when in classes ma heed battlen n tell n me a dont belong here fucking panic attacks but yae dae keep gone if yae need Tae take a minute in the so be it yer gony get that the massive steps yae have taken keep gone Tae the classes yae belong there.

What was the guys name that kept stalking his ex wife n paid for guy throw acid to burn her face n he burned his hand n flung it n it burned her eyes out , scottish case husband got a sentence no sure how long n she lost her eyes sick !!!
