quiet because Forever entertainment (the developers of the remake) have said that the remake of the first is in development together with the remake of the second chapter in short, the remakes of the first 2 episodes are developed in "back to back" honestly, a remake of the third House of the Dead I don't think makes sense because it was already released in another era (we are talking about 2002) maybe a remastered would be suitable

I hate to say it, but I prefer the older graphics. There's an odd style to the updated graphics (and a vaseline smudge) that I don't really care for. Give me jaggies any way. Heh.

Impressive. I can't wait to pay this game. Here's what I want to point out; The Hangedman's appearance in this remake gives me a hint that it was used to be a human female because of the body shape and voice while in the original it looked more creature demon. Curien must've combined bat DNA into the female subject. With the modern tech, it has realistic gore and blood and they show the animation of the undead killed a civilian. The only complaints are the emission of the light is a little bit too much, a little too foggy and haze and it should be daytime much like the original not night time. Anyways, I can't wait to fight the Magician. He might be more difficult than the original.

@@conkghey2511 The emulator is simply called "Model 2 Emulator". It's actually really easy to find on the internet. Aside from "The House of the Dead", you can play all sorts of SEGA Model 2 arcade games on it, such as "SEGA Rally Championship", "Virtua Cop", "Virtua Fighter 2", the oh so amazing "Daytona USA", and so many more! It supports X-input for the more standard games, but it also allows you to use two mice for multiplayer shooters.
