Seeing your cleaning mode has made me start to sort my room and old stuff that needed sorting out. A tip if you want to consider: when you move the washer/dryer to the garage and have a room for that. Put wheels on the bottom of them so they can easily be taken out of and moved around. So when you need to clean behind it or if anything makes it's way behind it, then you don't need to have that worry

There's a reason why washing machines/tumble dryers don't already come with wheels, that's because they'd make their way to your living room while running if they did..

@@ReeceSpurs there are loads rollers/dollies that can lock in place so a fridge, washer, dryer etc doesn't move about. Also they have pads that reduce sound.

But for shelves I created 3 step risers accordingly to my shelve sizes which fit 30 each in mine, you can make them out of hard card board, paint them the color you like and they are perfect and free (well almost).

Love the point of making the bed. My gran taught us that early on. Also been seeing a tiktok here and there of timing tasks to see how much less time it actually is compared to what the brain thinks so we put it off but we are not alone. I've never made my bed. My best, most productive days start with me dragging myself out of bed, inhaling caffeine and getting out of the house. If I stay and make my bed, eat breakfast and do that stuff I end up procrastinating or distracted. Once I'm out of the house, I have to do my stuff.

That is a lot of dryer lint if you have a vent coming out the back of the dryer you might wanna make sure its fully attached on both ends with no holes or have it cleaned if not done recently / if you have a self contained lint system the cap is completely closed!, Hopefully this helps keep the lint under control!

It amazes me, the size of the (what we in the U.S. call a Laundry Room/Utility Room) vs. Europe. I've travelled all over Europe / U.K. and it baffles me, as it baffles you guys looking at Americans, the size of your washer and dryers. I am currently getting shit done as I mentioned a video or two ago, and remodeling my laundry room as we speak and it's about 300 sq/ft (28m^2)! My mate, is amazed at his washer is in his kitchen! HAHA....Good Stuff! Cheers! Keep it up!
