I think the lyrics fit really well to the ending and mirrored what most of the viewers thought. "Hit the road Jack", Hit the road Jack, and travel to the deepest pit of hell. "Don't you come back, no more, no more, no more" Never come back from hell, you deserve to be there for all eternity.

Good metaphor to summarize his entire action and narrative in movie. His desperate act to climb moving himself through the heaven despite how little his chance to get it and how big the mouth of inferno pushing him into the deepest level of darkness, darklight, and fell into it resembles his desperate act in narrative to make himself look special, fancy, and elite with his intelligence and cultural taste while he is just another narcissistic serial killer.

@jeremyforwe54125 жыл бұрын
I believe that him and verge have had this same discussion and made this same trip a bunch of times. One of the reasons I believe this is because verge keeps shaming him and keeps bringing up love. He does this because he is bored and tired of doing the same thing over and over again. Jack never makes it through the 9 circles and because of this it starts all over again. Also if you notice at some point in the beginning Jack mentions the walk in freezer and when he does this Verge sarcastically acts like he doesn't know what he is talking about. Also take in to consideration that when they "first" meet verge tells him "I heard you had an interesting theory on the material.. That the material is it's own will. Jack was building a house before he started killing but the killing took over his life. So to me Verge was trying to tell him to follow the dreams and goals he had.
@vl55455 жыл бұрын
The whole movie we witness is Jack telling his story to Virgile while they are walking down that hole. Explaining the narration of the entire movie until that point. It is worth watching more than once... At some point when he explains how he failed building his house, we see the wooden frame of a house, with stairs leading to a hole in the unfinished ceiling, leading up rather than the hole in the ground where they finally go under the corpsehouse... to me this symbolize Jack struggling to live a proper righteous life, where he tried to stick to the right path but his twisted mind and psychological issues took over.
